Welding of 22% Cr-12% Ni steel. Welding of dissimilar metals and building-up welding of stainless steel on carbon steel or low alloy steel.
Usage Specifications
S309L-16 is a lime-titania type electrode with excellent usability. The all-weld metal contains extra low carbon and high quality of delta ferrite. It’s heat and corrosion resistibility are also good.

AC or DC +
Dry the electrodes at 350'C for 60 minutes before use.
Keep the ARC length as short as possible.
In case of clad steel welding, pay attention to the degree of penetration into the base metal.

Applications
Welding of 29% Cr-9% Ni steel. Bond welding of dissimilar metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel and low alloy steel. where high strength is needed..
Usage Specifications
S312-16 is a lime-titania type of electrode which has excellent usability and weld ability. Owing to the austenite structure containing large amounts of ferrite. S312-16 has good crack resistibility and can offer a excellent buffer against outer stress.

Applications
Welding of extra low carbon 18% Cr - 12% Ni - 2% Mo ( 316L Stainless Steel )
Usage Specifications
S316L-16N is a lime-titania type of electrode. As the all-weld metal has austenite structure containing ferrite the crack resistibility is good. It has an excellent resistibility to inter crystalline corrosion and heat resistance is good.
AC or DC +
Dry the electrodes at 350'C for 60 minutes before use.
Remove all dirt such as oil & dust from the material.
Weaving width should be within two and a half times of the electrode diameter.
